Here the seventh Dalai lama seems almost to laugh at the gullible nature of most humans, for they generally look to style rather than to substance. The people who act sweetly and speak with candy-like words are usually taken at face value, and easily manipulate the masses. Their deeper motives are rarely examined. they are like fishermen, who catch their prey by placing attractive bait on their hooks.
